Users can place an order through pharmeasy application by uploading the picture of  prescription. This application is available on playstore and ios. If patient do not have a Prescription then he can choose Doctor Consultation. It is free tele-consultation in which doctor will call the patient and Issue a prescription for medicine based on medical history and health condition. In 2017 The firm has tied up with more then 700 doctors across India.

 PharmEasy has more than 1 lakh products , In order medicines section you can add medicine on cart by searching the brand names If you don't know the names of the medicines written in prescription then you can directly upload prescription or select "order via prescription" option 
If you do not have a Prescription you can also select free Doctor Consultation. These tie-up doctors may issue a prescription based on patient medical history .
 If you want to place an order via app you have to do few things 

 - Register or login with mobile number

 - Select payment mode 
  After placing an order you will get an order number / order ID
